Choose a narrow focus such as start direction or distance control. Use the facility’s rules and safe practice areas. A short session with a clear focus is easier to review than a list of unrelated experiments.
02 · Keep the conditions visible
Note the club, target and practice setup. Choose a repeatable task and record what happened without treating one session as proof of a permanent change.
03 · Finish with one observation
Write what felt repeatable, what remained inconsistent and what to try next. If you work with a coach, bring the notes so the next lesson can start with specific examples.
