The third round of the 2023 Genesis Invitational begins Saturday, February 18, at Riviera CC. Here’s what you need to know to watch Round 3 on TV or online.
Before the third round can get underway on Saturday at the Genesis Invitational, several players who were still on the course when play was suspended due to darkness Friday night must finish their second rounds. They’ll resume play at 10:10 a.m. ET/7:10 a.m PT, and once they are finished the cut will be made and tee times will be determined.
But according to the PGA Tour, third-round tee times at the Genesis will fall from 11:40 a.m.-1:45 p.m. ET.
The second round of The Genesis Invitational will resume at 7:10 am Saturday. Third round tee times will be approximately 8:40 am – 10:45 am of Nos. 1 and 10 tees. 14 players remain to complete round two and the projected 36-hole cut is 1-over 143. https://t.co/SlyL71dnDq
No matter what happens early Saturday morning, Max Homa will hold the lead heading into Round 3. The 2021 Genesis Invitational champion fired a 68 on Friday to reach 10 under, good enough for a one-shot lead over Jon Rahm, Keith Mitchell and Lee Hodges.
Tiger Woods, who struggled with a three-over 74 in Round 2, will likely make the cut on the number at one over and earn tee times for Saturday and Sunday in his first tournament of the year.
